1. About us

ezpz.study is operated from the Netherlands by [legal entity name, registered address, Chamber of Commerce number] ("ezpz.study", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@ezpz.study.

2. Who can use ezpz.study

Accounts are for families and are created by an adult (a parent or legal guardian) aged 18 or over. One account covers one family and up to 4 child profiles.

Children use ezpz.study only through a child profile inside the family account, on a device where the family is signed in. The adults in the family are responsible for how the account is used, including by the children, and for keeping access to their email inbox and devices safe, since sign-in codes are sent by email.

You must give correct information when you sign up and keep your email address up to date.

3. The service

ezpz.study reads the photos you upload, creates questions, explanations and summaries, and schedules practice so that missed questions come back until they stick. It also shows parents what was practised.

ezpz.study is currently free. We do not take payments and there is no subscription. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you well in advance, and you will never be charged without explicitly agreeing to it.

We are a young service and keep improving it, so features may change. We work hard to keep ezpz.study available, including offline play for games you already opened, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and text you upload and to your edits. You give us permission to store, copy and process that material, including with our AI provider, only to provide ezpz.study to your family. This permission ends when you delete the material or your account.

Your study sets are private to your family. We never publish them, share them with other families or use them to train AI models.

Only upload material you are allowed to use for your family's own study, such as your child's worksheets and pages from their school books. Do not upload other people's personal data beyond what is on the page; where you can, cover names and faces.

5. AI-generated study material

Questions, answers, explanations and summaries are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. That is why every new set first opens on a review screen, where you can edit, delete or regenerate items before it is played.

ezpz.study helps children practise; it does not replace teachers or school, and we cannot promise any particular result on a test.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• upload material that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexual or otherwise unsuitable for children;
• upload material you are not allowed to copy, or use ezpz.study to share content outside your family;
• try to access other families' data, get around security measures or rate limits, or disrupt the service;
• copy, scrape or resell the service, or create accounts automatically;
• use ezpz.study to harass anyone or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Children's safety

ezpz.study has no advertising, no in-app purchases, no chat and no contact with other users. Every session has a clear end, and your family decides which study sets are in the app.

8. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, including children's data and the photos you upload. You can export or delete your family's data at any time in Settings → Your data.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using ezpz.study and delete your family account at any time in Settings → Your data (the account owner does this). Deletion is permanent and completed within 24 hours; download an export first if you want to keep a copy.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you the chance to export your data.

10. Our rights

The ezpz.study app, design, software and name belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your family's study while your account is open.

11. Liability

ezpz.study is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as a test result, or for loss of data you could have kept by downloading an export. Our total liability to you is limited to €100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. For changes that matter, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and may also go to the courts there.
